Credit Cards

Credit cards are deducted automatically every month, 6 months, or year depending on your plan, unless we are instructed to charge only the initial charge to your credit card. If you would like to switch to the Direct Debit payment method, you will need to let us know before your next due date, otherwise you will be charged on your card for another full month, six months or year depending on your plan.

Direct Debit

Late Payments

Accounts that exceed 10 days without payment are subject to deactivation and a $10 reactivation fee.

NSF Checks

Any account holder that has a check returned to Echomatrix for insufficient funds, will be subject to account deactivation, a $10 reactivation fee, and automatically charged an NSF fee of $20.

Cancelling

If you need to cancel your Echomatrix account for any reason we must receive in writing by regular mail:

or by email billing@echomatrix.net a request for your account to be cancelled. In the event that we do not receive a written request, you will be liable for the continued billing of your account and will responsible for paying any outstanding balances that accrue. You must also make sure that we get the letter before your next billing date.
