Michael C. Linn Honored With Distinguished Service Award From IOGA of West Virginia

Linn, the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer, has been awarded the Distinguished Service Award by the Board of Directors of the Independent Oil and Gas Association ("IOGA") of West Virginia. The award recognizes individuals who have made unique contributions to the well-being of the West Virginia natural gas and oil industry over an extended period of time.
