Nidhog, Inc. purchases Internet Access and Web Hosting business of EchoMatrix, Inc

Pittsburgh, PA – Nidhog, Inc., an Internet service provider and web hosting company based in Pittsburgh, PA, announced the purchase of EchoMatrix, Inc’s Internet service providing and web hosting businesses. Nidhog’s President Jamie DeHart made the announcement.

EchoMatrix, based in Indiana, PA, provides dial-up Internet access and web hosting for business and residents. In recent months EchoMatrix had expanded it’s dial-up coverage to include Indiana county, Allegheny county, Butler county, and Westmoreland county.

Nidhog, Inc provides dial-up, ISDN, DSL, and T1 Internet access as well as various web hosting and email services. Nidhog, Inc. is located in the Bloomfield section of Pittsburgh at the aspStation (www.aspstation.net) data center.
